Grace Ong Yan was commissioned by The Pritkzer Prize to write an essay on 2012 laureate, Wang Shu. Her essay is on the pritzker prize websiTe: The Infinite Spontaneity of Tradition. based on insights, research and an interview with Wang Shu and Lu Wenyu, GRACE ONG YAN'S ESSAY EXPLORES ISSUES OF PLACE AND DISPLACEMENT IN HIS WORK, AS WELL AS POSITING A COMPARISON OF HIS WORK WITH the works of other PRITzKER PRIZE WINNeRs, aldo rossi and JAMES STIRLING.
